Project Type: Retrofit Roof

Summary: This existing flat roof had issues with ponding water and was leaking badly. Modern Buildings, Inc. installed a retrofit framing system to create a gabled roof system allowing proper drainage to the existing downspouts. A standing seam roof system was then installed over the new sloped framing system.
