Project Type: Roof Restoration

Summary: On this project the roof was leaking badly and the wood decking had significantly deteriorated in places. In order to restore this roof, all loose gravel was removed from the existing built-up roof, rusted flashing was primed with a rust inhibiting primer, plywood recover board was installed, all seams were reinforced then a fully reinforced base coat was applied. Then a two coat acrylic elastomeric roof coating was applied.
