Project Type: Retrofit Roof

Owner: Flowserve Corporation - formerly Limitorque Corporation

 

Summary: The project consisted of the design and installation of a retrofit framing system to convert the existing roof from flat to sloped to allow for proper drainage. The new retrofit framing system was then covered with 72,000 S.F. of 24 gauge Standing Seam metal roof panels. Existing roof top HVAC equipment was disconnected, raised and reconnected on the new retrofit roof elevation.
