Summary: This building originally served as a private residence and later as the offices for the developer of Lake Vista. It was in serious need of renovations to address energy efficiency issues, repairs and an update to allow the residents of Lake Vista to enjoy the Community Center. Renovations included upgrades to the HVAC systems; lighting updates; widow and door replacement; the addition of insulation; new interior finishes and a new patio with built-in gas grill.
