If your existing roof is approaching the end of its useful life, a retrofit roof system is the ideal solution. A retrofit roof system allows us to install a new metal roof system over top of your existing built-up, single ply or metal roof eliminating the need for costly tear-off and disposal. On flat roofs, a light gauge metal framing system is installed to create slope for proper drainage, eliminating problems with ponding water. Work can be performed without disrupting your business, and insulation can be added, making your building more energy efficient.
In many cases we can extend the life of your existing roof and eliminate your roof leaks at a substantially lower cost than that of the investment in a new roof.
Coatings can also improve your buildings energy efficiency by reducing cooling cost.

Since Jan. 1 1958 Modern Buildings, Inc. has specialized in pre-engineered metal building construction. What started with the sale of metal buildings, soon came to include erecting those buildings, followed by request for concrete foundation and floor work along with other trades as well. This led to Modern Buildings offering full general contracting services.
